I get it! I was in that space for decades. Through years of trial and error, coaching, therapy, journaling, meditation, and techniques I borrowed from my corporate transformation career, I discovered how to create the life full of joy that I’m living now… and my goal is to help others do the same in less time.

How we level up our joy

It’s the beginning of a new year, new decade… and a new you? Good intentions aren’t enough to make a difference. For this year to be any different than the last, you’ll need guidance — a step-by-step program created by someone who’s struggled through the darkness and made it to the other side.

Our core philosophy: Locked inside you is the inner wisdom to be your own coach… and you simply need to be asked the right questions. We can find ourselves with nothing but a pen, a journal, and 15 minutes per day… and the commitment to stick with it.

The guided journal prompts will inspire, challenge, excite and reveal aspects of you that you may have never known or simply ignored for far too long… ultimately allowing you to live with more peace, purpose and joy every day of your life.

How it works

Just like guided meditation, but with pen and paper! The program is designed to help women flourish through self-paced videos, exercises, journaling and access to a supportive, private community. The prompts will enable you to gradually move up the joy ladder — circling around topics, connecting the dots, acting on self-discoveries — so that you can live a life that’s increasingly in alignment with who you are and why you’re here.

How much does it cost?

The first 7 days are FREE! After that, you’ll pay only $49 for an additional 35 days’ worth of content, coaching and prompts.

How long does it last?

While it’s organized by week, you’re encouraged to take your time. Some prompts may provide enough thought and mind-space for days. You move at your own pace.
